Reconfigure and Refurbishment

We were appointed reconfigure and refurbish the existing library and cafe areas of Northumbria University Coach Lane campus.

The scheme involved the creation of a new feature entrances, kitchen facilities, offices and reception area together with the introduction of a new IT suite at First Floor level.

The logistics of the build during term time were successfully negotiated with the temporary relocation of the library facilities and diverted entrance into the building.
