Flagship Social Housing Development

Elliot Street is a flagship social housing development designed for South Close Developments in Partnership with Northumberland County Council Council to achieve Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. This project commenced in November 2008 and was completed in August 2009.


The 4 bedroom town houses were designed to provide the latest in contemporary living with open-plan living areas, large windows to make full use of natural sunlight and balconies at first and second floor level.


Built from ICF Wallform they are super insulated and contain several additional eco-credentials to enhance sustainable living.
