Hallbank
Corbridge

Nicholson Nairn were appointed to bring Hallbank, a traditional Arts and Crafts dwelling, back to its former glory.  Works involved an attic conversion, internal remodelling, sympathetic extensions and co-ordination works for a bespoke traditional orangery.  Nicholson Nairn even specified the careful removal of the existing ivy wall climber and reinstatement to the new extension walls to ensure the completed works had minimal impact.

Within the grounds a new garage/annex was created in an Arts and Crafts style, heavily influenced by the works of Charles Voysey.

Traditional landscaping was reinstated across a 1acre plot, with views of the River Tyne to the southern edge.
