Planning Permission Granted - St. Mary's Place

Nicholson Nairn have recently been awarded Planning Permission for a mixed use office and key workers accommodation building within a prominent site in Newcastle City Centre. This site, located on St. Mary’s Place, is adjacent to an existing Georgian Terrace. The proposed building was carefully designed to reflect the Georgian heritage in a contemporary manner.
