Nicholson Nairn were responsible for obtaining Planning Approval and Building Warrant for this fabulous new dwelling in the open countryside on the shores of The West Loch, Tarbert. With a backdrop of Ancient Oak forest, the design capitalises on the incredible southerly views down to the Loch, and the jaw dropping westerly views of the mountains of Knapdale. Set around a central stair tower, the spacious living accommodation is split between two wings and an incredible two storey Sun Lounge with outstanding views. This new build takes advantage of modern technology with super insulated traditional stone and block cavity walls as well as Ground Source Heat Pump providing the heating.
