Westlands Dental Practice, Lanchester

Alterations to Form Modern Dental Surgery

1/3

Our client for this project was looking to make alterations to a two storey property to create an environment suitable for a modern dental surgery.
In addition to the internal
alterations the client was looking to enhance the practice further by providing an external porch at the front entrance and a conservatory to the rear.

The structural timbers were expressed externally in a contemporary manner. The roof has been clad in grey single ply membrane with ribs to reflect the appearance of lead whilst maintaining a contemporary feel.

The subtle modern touches work extremely well within this Victorian terrace. Overall the building has enhanced the Conservation Area of central Lanchester.
